New Year, New Agent, & New Book Deal!

Are you guys ready for Christmas and for the winter months?

I almost wasn't. This was a hard, hard year. But it's ending surprisingly well. It's ending jam-packed with hope, and I praise God for it. I needed a break.

Remember the last newsletter? I had lost my agent, had just been hit by Hurricane Florence, and everything else that could have gone wrong had gone wrong?

Well, what a difference three months make! I have a new agent and just signed a new contract with Lighthouse Publishing of the Carolinas.

My second novel, Desert Willow, will be published by their Candlelight Romance imprint in November of 2019.

Desert Willow is my Prince Harry-inspired U.S. Army romance set in El Paso, Texas. A girl who had sworn off soldiers forever and a charming young officer are brought together by an old woman's dying wish and last love letter.

Can't wait to share this story with you! Thank you all for being part of this journey, Merry Christmas, and a wonderful New Year to each of you :)

Much love,

Patricia

This post is also about how God used His people to get me to Nashville on November 7. That was the day everything began to change ;)

“We draw people to Christ not by loudly discrediting what they believe, by telling them how wrong they are and how right we are, but by showing them a light that is so lovely that they want with all their hearts to know the source of it.” ― Madeleine L'Engle

"Nós não atraímos pessoas para Cristo ao desacreditarmos em voz alta o que eles acreditam, dizendo-lhes o quanto estão errados e como estamos certos, mas mostrando-lhes uma luz que é tão adorável que eles querem de todo o coração saber a origem disso." ― Madeleine L'Engle
